Company Overview We are a small bakery specializing in
whole grain breads and desserts. We hire people who enjoy doing what they are doing. We try to keep it simple to keep our costs down and quality up and our prices as stable as possible in these uncertain times.
Mission Statement Clark’s Bakery was founded in order to
provide people with healthy natural food without the unnecessary additives found in commercial products. We seek to educate and make available to the community products that have good-for-you ingredients and advice
for better health based upon Biblical principles. As we help our customers achieve better physical health we introduce them to Jesus for their spiritual health. We hope our products will help people to live a more

Company Background We started our bakery because we could
not find whole grain bread with simple ingredients at our local supermarket. We started in our home going door-to-door. We soon grew out of our home and also due to state requirements had moved into a commercial
kitchen. Thus we started with 12 loaves a week and are currently at 900 with peaks up to 1200 loaves per week.
